3. Purpose of the Site

The Site presents the services of 2AF Inc.: recruitment in Québec and internationally, information technology and cybersecurity, artificial intelligence agents. Its content is provided as general information. It is not legal or immigration advice, nor an offer to contract: any service is governed by a written proposal or agreement, which prevails over the Site.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's content (text, images, videos, logos, graphics, documents, structure, software), and the names and trademarks of 2AF, Eliora and Alex, belong to 2AF Inc. or its partners and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, adaptation or commercial use, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written permission of 2AF Inc. Viewing, printing for personal use and sharing links to the Site are allowed.

5. Third-party links and content

The Site contains links to third-party sites and displays articles and job postings from recru2af.com, 2AF's recruitment site. It also uses third-party services, such as Calendly for meetings and WhatsApp (Meta) for Eliora. These services have their own terms and policies, for which 2AF is not responsible.

6. Personal information and cookies

2AF Inc. processes personal information in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector. The information collected, purposes, providers, retention and your rights are described in our privacy policy.

Cookies strictly necessary for the Site to work are always active. Audience measurement cookies are only set with your consent; simply browsing the Site is not consent.

7. Eliora and artificial intelligence

Eliora, our assistant on WhatsApp, and our other agents use artificial intelligence to answer questions and route requests. Their answers are for information, may contain errors and do not bind 2AF until confirmed in writing by a team member. No decision about you is made by AI alone.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site or Eliora to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited content, extract its content by automated means (bots, scraping), disrupt its operation or try to gain unauthorized access to its systems.

9. Liability

2AF Inc. takes care that published information is accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is complete or error-free. The Site may be interrupted for maintenance or because of an outage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2AF is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Site or third-party sites.

Nothing herein excludes or limits 2AF's liability for intentional or gross fault, or for bodily or moral injury, or the rights you have under laws of public order, including Québec's Consumer Protection Act.

10. Electronic communications

The newsletter is only sent with your express consent, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. Each message identifies the sender and includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect promptly.

11. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Québec, subject to a consumer's right to go to the court of their domicile where the law allows it.

2AF Inc. may change these terms to reflect changes to the Site or the law. The effective date appears at the top of the page.
